Production update
Dear Huxley fans,
Just a quick update to let you know how things are progressing with The Oracle! We’re currently deep in the colour proofing process, making sure every page looks its best. It’s been amazing to see the book take shape, and we’re getting closer to the finish line.
In addition, the team and I have been working on some exciting new “making of” pages for the end of the book. These will give you a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process, featuring early concepts, sketches, 3D scenes and insights into how The Oracle came to life. Huge thanks to graphic designer Brent Ashe, artists Nikolas Gekko and Steve Shinhsuan Wang, the talented crew at animation studio UNIT Image, and Director Syama Pedersen for their incredible contributions. It’s been a collaborative effort, and I can’t wait for you to see the results!
Thank you again for your continued support and patience. We will share more updates soon!
Ben Mauro
I have been waiting for these books many months now, these advertisements/updates don’t help, inducing much slobbering of the chops in anticipation.
Even better would be the full fledged full length film with all the characters seen in the short, breath-taking animations especially the vicious, deadly, red-eyed big black robot, etc.
Do you think you can fit Led Zeppelin’s “Kashmir” into the film sound track somewhere? I demand action figures of all these incredibly cool characters as well – Huxley, Max and his buddy, especially the bad, big, black robot (He would be super sized 24 inches tall please with detail to match possibly with appropriate phrases from the film + a same size Huxley please).
… and finally, thank you for the privilege of seeing Huxley’s ‘birth’ and development into a magnificent sci-fi adventure. Congratulations to Ben and the Team!
This is by far my most anticipated thing this year! Can’t wait to see the finished product.
