Funding unsuccessful
Dear Glory supporters,
We are writing to you with a heavy heart to let you know that our campaign to bring The Global Guide to Football Culture to print did not meet its funding target. While we fell short of our goal to generate enough support for the book, we are immensely grateful to those who pledged their money to what was meant to become one of the greatest football publications out there.
Though the outcome is disappointing, it doesn’t diminish what your support meant to us, and we want to thank everyone for their generosity, encouragement and unwavering belief in this book. Each pledge felt like a small vote of confidence, and we will take that momentum forward as we continue to explore the paths that opened as a result of this campaign, and rethink what the next chapter looks like for The Global Guide to Football Culture.

Ah, that’s a shame, looked like a genuinely beautiful publication. I’d echo others, hopefully we’ll see it return somehow!
Too bad — I agree with the other posters. I wonder where else this could be cross-posted to get fans of the sport aware of the project.
