Shipping Issues: Deluxe Edition
Dear Ultimate Works pre-orderer,
It has come to our attention that some copies of the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis: Ultimate Works Deluxe Edition that shipped out in our first batch have been arriving with some damage – incurred in transit – to the acrylic slipcases. As a result, we have reviewed our shipping methods for this edition and they’re now being shipped in a much more secure manner, however I wanted to reach out to encourage you to get in touch with us should your copy arrive with any damage – we’ll be happy to remedy the issue. This is a collector’s item so we want to ensure it’s pristine on your shelf!
If this applies to you, please drop us a line at hello@vol.co and we’ll be pleased to help – my apologies that these were not initially shipped in a manner consistent with our typical mailouts. If your copy arrived without any knocks during shipping, you can happily ignore this message and get on with enjoying your 384 page Mega Drive mega tome.

Hello,
I have well received the Sega Mega Drive Genesis Ultimate Works, but the cardboard box is extremely damaged.
I am very disappointed. I cannot keep a box that is so dented and warped.
What can I do in this situation ?
Could I send you pictures ?
