Shipping update

Dear Pet Shop Boys fan,

We are excited to let you know that copies of the Pet Shop Boys Volume limited edition are expected to arrive at our fulfilment hub at end of this week, with shipping commencing early next week. However, there have been some minor delays during sea transit, which may affect final delivery timings. 

As a result, it’s possible that the general-release edition may be available before some limited editions arrive. Please rest assured that your preorder is secure, and we’re working to get your special copies to you as quickly as possible.

If you haven’t done so already, please check that your shipping address is correct: if any changes are needed, email our team at hello@vol.co. Please note that the comment section below is visible to everyone; do not share your address or personal details.

I would have thought all sent out together as seems very unfair as some have on eBay already

Shipments to the USA will be sent via FedEx, and you will receive a fulfilment email with a tracking link once your pre-order ships.
