We’re excited to announce that the Design Reviewed crowdfunding campaign has now ended and fully funded by 173% – thank you so much for all of your help on making this happen. We also wanted to share a note from author Matt Lamont on this amazing news:
I am over the moon that the book will now be a reality. I have a duty to the community, to history, and to everyone who will one day hold it. This needs to be something people return to, pass on, and find things within that they hadn’t noticed before.
The book isn’t just another way of sharing my collection: it’s a way of funding the archive to acquire new items, expand design histories and help Design Reviewed grow into the definitive graphic design resource.
Thank you again for your kind support. We look forward to taking you behind the scenes of making this incredible book once production begins in the new year.

I’ve been following this project since I saw a random LinkedIn post forever ago. So excited this is becoming a reality, and filling some real gaps in graphic design history that have been not been seen since the originally published pieces. Congrats!
Incredible! Congratulations on this achievement. Designers desperately need to consume more history, and this will be an important resource. I can’t wait to see this collection before it reaches its final destination (as a gift for my partner).
I’m really pleased to see that Matt’s first book, Design Reviewed, is now fully funded. It’s a project that also shines a light on the brilliant independent publishing work of Unit Editions.
